3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account, including a valid email and US city. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Listings and Content
- You may only post listings for goods or services you have the legal right to sell.
- Listings must be accurate, lawful, and free of misleading content.
- Prohibited items include: firearms, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, and anything restricted under US federal or state law.
- BestAdPlace reviews all listings before publication and may reject any submission at its sole discretion.
5. Offers and Communications
Offers and chat messages between buyers and sellers are facilitated by BestAdPlace but are agreements between the parties. We are not party to any transaction and assume no responsibility for the conduct of users.
6. Premium Plans
Premium listings are paid features that increase visibility. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: spam, harass other users, scrape data, attempt to circumvent security, post false information, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant BestAdPlace a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listings on the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that buyers will pay, or that sellers will deliver.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestAdPlace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
